So it's a known issue already? Alright. The optimization patch helped with the rings but dsz was still pretty laggy. I'll just wait for now, thanks.

So with the death of srb2dd, I was testing settings for srb2win and everything seemed ok at first. I've picked up on a few things that really seem to grind the game to a halt though, at least for me. Getting hit, for one. All the rings going everywhere seems rather badly optimized right now or...

I must admit I really will miss that snailer, after all the practice I put in to learn how to get through that room without issues :P

https://sharpkeys.codeplex.com/ map a different key as your esc key, something you don't really need otherwise just be careful doing this, of course, don't disable some key you'll actually need for something

Ah ok, that works, as expected though adding saves to a character wad makes an entirely new set of saves. If I make a wad with just that line and activate it, will it have the same effect but allow for multiple character wads to save at once? Edit: Dumb question, yes it does, got it working...

Holy CRAP those slopes are beautiful. I can't wait... Will all the stages eventually get some slope treatment then? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm supposed to add a line GameData = whatever.dat in the maincfg lump, which I've done But when I load up the wad I get Warning: Line whatever...

A modding question: Will there be, in this update or some future update, support for having save files on .wad characters? I understand the problem is probably related to story progression with the main game or something, but as I've noticed most .wad level files keep their own save files, so...

Just finished this save for the final boss(no rings and no detectable weakness >.>). I know it's not updated for the latest version but anybody looking to play, it works fine minus a time trial mode, and multiplayer doesn't work properly. May as well share my personal opinions and thoughts...
