Not to sure if anyone had responded to you with this but I can confirm that the issue is fixed with this build. Had asked about this problem maybe 3 or so years ago and super glad its solved!

I figured out that when holding 2-3 buttons or just the tab button alone for some reason triggers the mouse jitter. Been having this problem with SDL2 for awhile now and its pretty annoying when your just want to cruise through a single player or play multiplayer in general.

Good luck on waiting but I wouldn't get hopes up anytime soon.

Name was previously Shadowdude (I liked Shadow the Hedgehog when I was 9). Then I got lazy of typing in Shadowdude every time I would play games so I just put DUDE. People question all the time "why is your name in all caps?" Its mainly because srb2 1.09.4 only had caps so I just stuck with it.
