When I try to load it as a mod, it says "Missing central directory"

I'm note sure how the JJModels.pk3 file is supposed to work. I put it in the root folder of my SRB2 folder on Android and try to load it through the command line, but it doesn't work.

I'm using the flathub version of srb2 and I don't know why but every time I move my mouse cursor at the edges of the screen it just stops moving the camera. Does anyone know how to fix this other than using the arrow keys to move the camera?
