Made some changes to sprite inconsistencies and improved upon a few things that needed to be improved. -Turn sprite adjusted -Icon, Wanted, and Signpost all updated -Prefcolor changed from Handheld to Sapphire

I've completely redone Maestro's sprites again due to never being satisfied with them previously. I'm incredibly proud of how they've turned out this time.

I do not understand why I thought her old sprites were okay. She has a new set of sprite and new voice clips, specifically videl voice clips from dbfz.

Battle is already fixed indev. It'll be in the next update.
