For anyone wondering why Glaber was banned, it was because he acted very rudely towards Kart Krew because of how frustrated he was with Ring Racers' tutorial.

You don't even need 20/20 rings on every track in order to access it. You just need a lot. Although I'm not sure how many you need in total.

Save up as many continues as possible, (using continues also retracts from your score) and finish tracks with as many rings as possible. I've gone there with two B ranks and one C rank in the past, but since I had a lot of rings and didn't use up my continues, I was able to go to the special stage.

Also, be aware that Kart mods don't work in Ring Racers.
