Changed cvar from spbwarp to spbwarptoggle so the game doesn't immediately crash when loaded with hostmod v18.
Change P_aproxdistance to FixedHypot so now there should only be 1 error message in console when the SPB is first thrown.
Added a bunch of new local variables so error messages aren't...
This is a lua that prevents head on collisions from SPBs and makes them follow you through any teleport.
